Tired of going to the gym and feeling stuck on what to do with your workout? Laura will take all the guesswork out of your gym sessions by providing you with a monthly workout template (with video instructions included) to ensure that each of your workouts will be purposeful in getting you to your health goals.

Personalized Nutrition Guidance

Ever heard the saying “Abs are made in the kitchen”? Nutrition is THE most important part in achieving your health and fitness goals, but oftentimes it can be the most confusing! Laura will help coach you through instilling healthy eating habits and by providing you with a personalized eating strategy to get you to your goals. Included are weekly consults, accountability and behavioral coaching strategies. You additionally will receive meal ideas, an eating-out survival guide based on your area and a smart-shopper grocery list for meal prepping!
