The Mission Behind Womens Select:

Women’s Select was created to empower women to take control of their health through a holistic, evidence-based approach. My mission is to support women navigating hormonal challenges, aging, weight fluctuations, and chronic fatigue with tailored fitness and nutrition strategies that actually work.

After being diagnosed with PCOS and pre-diabetes—despite living an active, healthy lifestyle—I experienced firsthand the frustration of bouncing between specialists, tests, and medications with little relief. Drawing from my background in Exercise Science and Pre-Medical Studies, I began researching integrative approaches to healing. I found that combining targeted strength training, hormone-conscious nutrition, and consistent lifestyle habits dramatically improved my symptoms.

Now, I help other women build sustainable routines that support strength, energy, and long-term health—whether you're managing a diagnosis or simply looking to future-proof your body.
